As someone who wasn't raised in religion this is something I am struggling with. I love the bible 'stories' but how to come to accept them as truth? How do I find faith?
Laura, I don't know if this helps or not but the way I think of it is once you believe in God, everything else isn't as hard to believe in. I know some people who struggle with understanding/believing in the miracles that the bible talks about but I think that changing water into wine or any such thing is the easiest thing for the creator who made EVERYTHING. If you are struggling with believing that a book written by men reflects God's word, that's another issue and I can only hope and believe that it is how it should be because God doesn't want to mislead us. Sorry if I'm way off what you meant here.

I am into this, this could be really good!
"Jesus called them, and immediately they left the boat and... followed him."
Can you imagine these men???
I prayed tonight that whenever and wherever He calls me, I might immediately leave my boat and follow him.
"Do not put your lord God to the test."
