anybody wonder about the glaring discrepancy between the account of Judas Iscariot in Acts 1 and Matthew 27? I mean it doesn't REALLY matter, but it's SO different...

Hey! I hope this comment isn't too late for you to read it... My bible's footnotes say that Judas most likely hung himself and then the rope or branch broke causing him to fall and burst open (ewww). Which kinda makes sense as a regular fall is usually not so deadly while a fall from high up when you're weak/unconscious/dead (and thus, don't try to break your fall) would result in more severe bodily harm.
